Free Dyslexia
Screener
A screening is a quick and effective way to identify potential reading difficulties before committing to an evaluation. It helps determine whether a child struggles with key skills like phonemic awareness, decoding, and spelling --all essential for learning to read.
✔ Identifies early signs of dyslexia
✔ Helps determine if dyslexia intervention is needed
✔ Saves time and money by avoiding unnecessary full evaluations.
Two Ways to Assess the Screener:
-
FREE: Access and complete the screener independently under the Helpful Resources Tab.
-
Optional Support ($200.00): If you'd prefer professional guidance to administer or interpret the screener, I offer a one-on-one session to walk through the process, explain results, and outline next steps.
A screening alone doesn't confirm dyslexia, but it can help families decide whether to seek further evaluation.
